Infrared Camera

Here at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe, we use the latest and greatest technology to map out water migration.  We can use Infrared cameras in many cases to get an exact picture of what is wet and what is not, making the scope of work much easier and clearer!

We always take the necessary precautions!

Here at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe, we pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time.  Our crews always come prepared with the proper protective equipment for any job.  Sometimes we come across some odd things, so its always better to be prepared!

Flooded Basement

This is a picture of a bathroom in a basement that was flooded in Madison Wisconsin.  In the picture, you can see just how high the water traveled.  When flood waters enter your home or business, it also carries whatever was outside!  When you have water in your basement, call the professionals at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe to come help you out!

Extensive mold damage

After a fire occurred in the unit above this one, firefighters put the fire out using water and flooded the unit from above.  Once the water sits for a few days with no access to dehumidification and airflow, this is the result.  Unfortunately, we had to remove the cabinets to get access to the mold.  When it was all said and done, it was "like it never even happened".

Fire damage to a home in Schiller Park

This was the scene of a fire that occurred in a second floor bedroom.  Please be careful lighting candles in your home, because they can become a problem very quickly!  We were tasked with cleaning, sanitizing, and removing the odor from this room.  Below this, water had traveled down in the first floor bedroom and caused extensive damage.  When you have a fire, call the professionals here at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe at (847)498-8889!

Flooded basement outside Madison Wisconsin

After the recent storms passed through Madison, SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe was sent up to help the local communities.  This was the scene after the storm passed at a Childrens museum.  It is hard to tell in the picture, but there was over ten feet of water in the basement!  We had no idea what was in the basement until we had pumped everything out, which took about two days!  There is no job too big or small for SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe, and we were so happy to have the opportunity to help our neighbors up in Wisconsin!
