Flash Flooding in Madison WI

This was the scene of a library in the basement of a childrens museum which flooded.

The people of Madison were incredibly hard working and optimistic.  Nobody had ever seen rain like they had this past August.  Everyone felt great helping these people in their time of need, and the local community was grateful to receive the support they needed.
