Musty odors can mean mold!

SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe was on a commercial job site recently after they experienced a water loss.  We discovered that the cabinets needed to be removed because they were rotting at the bottom.  When we started to pull them back, we noticed that there was a decent amount of mold hiding behind the cabinets.  When this happens, crews have to stop working and protect themselves, and the environment around them.  They essentially need to bubble themselves into a contained area to remove the mold.  When mold is disturbed, it can become air borne and cause issues to unaffected areas.  If you ever need any help with mold issues, give us a call at (847)498-8889 and speak to one of our trained professionals!
