Commercial Water Damage

Water damages can happen at any time!  In this particular case, a pipe had burst on the fourth floor of a nursing home and traveled down to the first floor.  SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe responded late one Sunday night to help with the cleanup efforts.  We had performed work for this property manager in the past and he knew who to call when this happened again.  Crews were required to extract all of the water that they could, and set up drying equipment strategically around the facility to dry the structure as quickly as possible.  The next day, our staff walked through the building with an infrared camera to pinpoint the path the water had taken down to the first floor.  In total, there were about 15 units affected and four hallways.  They were back up and running in no time.  If you ever have any water issues, call the professionals at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe and we would be glad to help!
