Here at SERVPRO of Northbrook/Wheeling/Glencoe, we get some odd calls sometimes.  This customer was noticing flies coming in through the outlets in her bedroom and couldn't find the source.  We were called in to investigate the issue and come up with a gameplan.  Our crews completely contained the areas where she had been noticing flies.  Once everything was contained, they exposed the walls to find out where they were coming from.  Well, come to find out there was a hole in the firewall that the pests were coming in from.  We called an exterminator in, plugged the hole, and disinfected everything!
