Flooded Basement in Northbrook IL

This was the scene of a flooded basement in Northbrook IL.  The customer was dealing with some foundation issues at the time, and the carpet was soaking wet.  Crews came in and removed the damaged carpet and drywall and was able to dry the structure.  Crews were also tasked with moving all of the customers contents away from the affected areas to avoid damaging anything.  Whatever contents could not be moved (refrigerator) were completely wrapped to avoid any dust from getting on any of the contents.  Here at SERVPRO, we make sure everything is clean and neat when we leave the jobsite.
